Practical Informations to join the conference

The conference holds in the  "Parc des expositions". To join the conference

from down-town in bus/tramway :

• Bus : Ligne 75 stop  at Beaujoire – Ligne 80 stop at Batignolles
• Chronobus C6 stop at Beaujoire
• Tramway : ligne 1 from down-town to Beaujoire, stop at Beaujoire ou Ranzay. The station Beaujoire is in front the main entry of the "Parc des expositions" donne accès à l’entrée principale du parc.

Once arrived, a welcome committee will be waiting for you at the entrance of the site for registration, on July 3 and 4 morning. He’ll guide you to the conference room. If you are planning to arrive on the afternoon of July 3 or 4, please let us know.

Fees

- early bird registration (until 30 May 2019) : 250 € TTC  (208,33 € HT) -> included 3 days Pass for MER XXL event

- late registration (until 20 June 2019) : 300 € TTC  (250,00 € HT) -> included 3 days Pass for MER XXL event

- student : 100 € (83,33 € HT)

including

        - access to conference sessions (3 days : 3 / 4 / 5 July 2019)

        - wednesday ice breaker,

        - lunch and coffee break on wednesday, thursday and friday,

        - thursday gala dinner

        - 3 days entry pass for MER XXL event (3rd to 5th of July)

- gala dinner accompanying : 50 €  (41.67 € HT)

including thursday gala dinner

Payment modalities :

 - online with your credit/debit card

- bank transfer
